Ginny remembers when hearing aid supplies were sold out of
the back of a station wagon in the hospital parking lot.
"That's how it was when I started here in Naples in 1971.
Things have changed so much since then. I'm very excited about
the advances in technology...how we're able to help people hear
in noisy situations. And then there's the personal
side...getting to see people's faces light up after getting new
hearing aids. One customer had hearing loss her whole life. We
fitted her with hearing aids and she began crying...and of
course, I had to join her. It's a small miracle."
